We are seeking a Clinical Manager – Hasbro Partial Program to join us at The Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, RI. The Clinical Manager will direct nursing care, coordinate resources and make decisions in the areas of patient care delivery, human resources, clinical practice and financial management and human capital development.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage strategic plan in collaboration with the Director
• Direct and supervise unit staff for all shifts
• Drive patient safety initiatives and participate in root cause analysis to manage incident reporting and improve patient care
• Provide staff with role definitions and feedback to ensure career development, patient care quality and adherence to standards
• Oversee staff evaluations and developmental goals through continuing education and career planning
• Create and monitor budget, forecasting future revenue and expenses to maximize staff productivity
• Participate in professional organizations to influence the practice of nursing

Qualifications:

• BSN and master’s degree in nursing or related health care field (or currently completing master’s program)
• 3+ years of leadership experience with demonstrated clinical and management skills
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island
• Behavioral health experience preferred

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
