Your Job:
In this fast-paced, and challenging position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for our patients. The Clinical Documentation Specialist is responsible for reviewing medical records concurrently to facilitate the accurate representation of the severity of illness by improving the quality of the physicians' clinical documentation. This position is remote.
Your Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Nursing preferred
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Board of Nurse Examiner (Texas) license
