Linke Resources is recruiting a Clinical Director for Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health's Pocono Center in Newfoundland, PA.
This center serves children, adolescents and adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder and emotional and/or behavioral needs. Programs are offered in a variety of settings which include the community, behavioral stabilization, as well as psychiatric and residential treatment centers. Devereux Pocono is dedicated to empowering individuals to discover their innate strengths, talents and potential to live meaningful and productive lives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with staff and the community to achieve balance between the quality and consistency of service, community awareness, and effective utilization of clinical resources
- Provide leadership and direction to clinical staff, treatment teams, development programs, and clinical programming
- Work closely with other departments to support and meet clinical goals
- Ensure policies and procedures meet state and Agency standards
- Promote professional development opportunities to empower staff to better serve the needs of individuals supported by the Agency
- Contribute to the philosophy and vision of the Agency to continuously deliver quality programming and treatment
- Clinical Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) required
- Licensed Pennsylvania Psychologist or close to obtaining license
- Minimum three (3) years of progressive growth in the human services field providing clinical services, supervising services, or coordinating clinical services
- Extensive clinical experience supporting individuals with autism, intellectual and/or developmental disorders, and challenging behaviors
