Position Overview:
This person is responsible for helping maintain the clinic flow smoothly.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Regular attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
- Must be comfortable working independently and have good time-management skills.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
- Decontaminates and sterilize instruments; assemble and store and distribute instruments.
- Receive, log, and put away shipments & packages
- Maintain accurate supply inventory and document when items must be reordered
- Stock & clean exam rooms
- Help turnover & fold laundry
- Maintain cleanliness and stocking of back office, including common areas, breakrooms, bathrooms, etc.
- Rooming staff backup up, as needed
- Room turnover assistance, as needed
- Other clinical and administrative duties as assigned
- Ability to prioritize & respond quickly to changing & fast-paced environment
- Log items have been received into Hybrent
- Assist in monitoring material counts and levels
- Physically moving product out of the boxes onto shelves and organizing
