: Syracuse, NY


Job Description

Position Overview: This role is NOT remote. FT Role M-F either 7:30-4:30 or 8:00 to 5:00 pm; some early AM, late PM, weekends as needed; Would be required to work out of our Syracuse sales Center. Travel would be required to other Coke Northeast Facilities, based on project or need.

Pay Based on Experience - starting at $55,000

The Client Technician is responsible for configuring, installing and providing support for PC, printer and mobile technologies including ruggedized hand-held equipment.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Configure and install client devices including but not limited to PC’s, printers, smart phones, cell phones and ruggedized hand-held computers
  • Receive, assess, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Log and manage incidents using ‘Service Now’ ticketing system
  • React to escalation notices to expedite resolution by prioritizing and rebalancing multiple requests
  • Multi-task in a multi-functional environment while maintaining service level targets
  • Coordinate system upgrade schedules
  • Train end users on various hardware and software solutions
  • Travel to Sales Centers and Production Centers within assigned territory to perform installations and hold training sessions


Job Requirements


  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field required
  • 6 months – 1 year of experience working in a Client Technician or related position required
  • Proficiency in Windows and Android operating systems
  • Demonstrated technical ability with PC and mobile hardware configurations
  • Working knowledge of network connectivity
  • Ability to analyze changes and consistently apply standard policies and procedures
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to complete work within defined service targets in situations with tight turnarounds and deadlines
