Client Success Manager (IT Consulting Firm)
The Client Success Manager will primarily be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction for our client base.
The purpose of this position is to ensure that each client will receive exceptional customer service resulting in a long term relationship. In this role your goal is to ensure client happiness. You will be measured by client retention, growth and satisfaction. This is a great role for someone who started out technology and would like to move into client success/business development.
Client Success Manager (IT Consulting Firm) Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing client interaction from on-boarding to ongoing support.
- Responsible for measuring, tracking and improving support interactions between BBB and our clients.
- Increasing adoption, retention and client satisfaction.
- Responsible for scheduling and managing Client business reviews.
- Understanding client’s business goals and helping them utilize technology solutions to achieve those goals.
- Establishing client trust as their trusted technology advisor.
- Setting key performance indicators and tracking results against these established indicators.
- Delivering monthly reporting against pre-established technology indicators.
- Daily reviews of tickets, on-going services and alerts.
- Identifying project work and up-sell opportunities.
- Serve as an escalation point for issues that impact the client’s productivity
Client Success Manager (IT Consulting Firm) Requirements:
- Prior experience in providing client support or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- 3+ years of relevant customer success experience in the IT field.
- 1+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider
- Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s).
- Familiarity working with clients of varying sizes.
- Experience with Hubspot and ticketing systems
