The Client Solutions Consultant is committed to partner engagement and success as the main "go-to" interface to the partner for the ScaleFunder platform. The Client Solutions Consultant will perform training on the platform, provide strategic support, and be a bridge between the partner institution and the ScaleFunder team on designing individual website.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities for the Client Solutions Consultant: (not limited to)

• Assist partners in maximizing results through strategy and best practices for crowdfunding and giving days
• Dedicated as a partner’s central champion during giving day campaigns; providing thorough, reliable and timely assistance from beginning to completion
• Transition new users into the ScaleFunder platform via telephone and/or video conferencing
• Technical ability to automate much of the partner support backend
• Help partners be more effective at engaging supporters resulting in increased volume through the platform
• Educating and training partners and internal team members on best practices for crowdfunding and giving days
• Creating and writing support documentation and recording support videos
• Ownership of partner setup; providing exceptional customer service throughout the end-to-end life cycle
• Manage a healthy and supportive relationship, providing a natural desire for partner retention
• Ensure satisfaction and value for existing and future partnerships
• Gather partner feedback about the product and provide feedback back to our product team on a regular basis in an effort to continually improve the platform.

Preferred:

• 
  2+ years’ customer relations or account management experience
• Experience in higher education development /alumni relations
• Knowledge of HTML/web development, a plus but not necessary

Required:

• History executing crowdfunding or giving day programs
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions under position guidelines
• Flexible schedule that allows for some later nights & potential weekends to help support our partners during the peak seasons and 24 hour giving day events.
• Computer skills, including proficiency using the Internet, Microsoft Office applications, & WebEx
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong presentation, analytical and communication skills
• Technical understanding, troubleshooting, communication and interpersonal skills
• Accuracy and detail oriented
• Ability to learn quickly
• Capability to take initiative to get things done, and has the drive to achieve
• 25% travel anticipated for this opportunity
• Must be able to work in an environment where the noise level is moderate
• This job operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets
• This is largely a sedentary role; Infrequent light physical effort is required (minimum of five pounds)
