Client Services Coordinator

AKA NYC is seeking a Coordinator to provide support across our Client Services (CS) team. The CS Coordinator is a full-time non-exempt position that is based in New York City.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Support the Client Services department with all aspects of the account campaigns
  • Liaises with all internal departments to ensure revisions and initiatives are executed properly and timely
  • Attend client meetings and take diligent notes
  • Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with clients
  • Determine the right course of action to achieve client goals
  • Seek to improve efficiencies within the CS department
  • Perform other duties as assigned

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 1+ years in an Advertising or Marketing role (ideally servicing the entertainment industry).
  • Proven strategic thinker with the ability to problem solve and trouble shoot.
  • Ability to anticipate and deliver client needs
  • Confidence to build and foster strong relationships
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Social Networking platforms
  • Understanding of all of AKA’s servings and offerings

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • A competitive salary between $42,000 - $50,000, commensurate with experience
  • A generous PTO entitlement, including:

    • 1/2 day Summer Fridays between mid-June and Labor Day

  • Hybrid position: minimum three days per week in office

  • Student loan repayment assistance (or tuition assistance) with 6 years of service
  • Paid 4-week sabbatical with 10 years of service
