Refinitiv Evaluated Pricing Service is an independent, global evaluated pricing source covering over 2.7 million fixed income securities and derivatives. Coverage spans all major financial markets and prices are available at multiple times daily. Our evaluated prices, which provide detailed transparency and market insight, are designed to support asset managers, custodian banks, mutual funds, investment banks, accounting firms, and financial research providers.

The Pricing Service staff consists of fixed income professionals and support staff in 10 locations: New York, London, Paris, Tokyo, Singapore, Sydney, Bangalore, Mumbai, Gdynia, and Costa Rica. Our experienced evaluators apply consistent and transparent pricing methodologies, incorporating observable market data and standard market convention practices.
The Client Relations Specialist, Evaluated Pricing Service is focused on building relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are met, they are satisfied with the services and/or products provided by the company and any challenges are overcome. As well as maintaining relationships with existing clients and working, as a client relationship manager be involved in identifying new sales opportunities and making product development and sales teams aware of these. This involves researching, monitoring and analyzing industry trends. Other job functions and responsibilities include:
  • Manage all client related aspects surrounding the independent evaluation pricing service covering various Fixed Income and Derivative asset classes.
  • Primary contact for clients and internal colleague inquiries, including and not limited to, client meetings, asset class coverage and usage analysis, prospective client requirements (i.e., RFP, RFI, etc.), customer service delivery (i.e., data feeds, product), account/sales coverage assignments, and all forms of escalation to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage and host all client due diligence, valuation committee and board meeting presentation to provide detailed pricing service updates and initiatives on an annual, monthly and/or quarterly basis.
  • Oversight of client due diligence questionnaire process, internal cross departmental relationship (i.e., documentation and/or participation), and deep dive related requests applicable to the client portfolios.
  • Responsible for content, production and client collaboration of due diligence and board meeting presentation decks.
  • Manage all outbound customer statements including incident notifications, postmortem analysis, and if necessary, hosts bridge line communication during extreme file delay scenarios.
  • Analyze client requirements, including any regulatory related initiatives, and collaborate with the leadership team, product management or technology for the design, development, and implementation of operational improvement of current offerings.
  • Collaborate and partner with account and sales teams by analyzing asset class utilization, and service enhancements to drive revenue and close REPS related deals.
  • Conduct onsite client visits and participates in asset and/or industry-based conferences.
  • In partnership with the Compliance & Controls Officer, conduct assessments on third-party vendors and/or sub-service organizations due to SSAE 18 reporting requirement.
  • Monthly revenue reporting of open pipeline and closed sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to generate web-based content including webinars and website content, as well as internal and external print collateral.
Job Requirements and Skills
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a client facing leadership role within the Fixed Income and Derivative sector, Asset Management, Broker Dealer, and overall financial landscape
  • Degree in Finance, Business, Information Services, Management, or Economics
  • Significant stakeholder management and leadership experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for developing relationships across the Fixed Income and Derivative industry
  • Commitment to enhance transparency and insight to help clients capture opportunity and manage risk
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ability to lead presentations at all levels
  • Ability to network, build, influence and cultivate internal and external relationships and work collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills to help clients overcome challenges and develop solutions
  • Expertise in global financial markets, financial evaluations industry experience
Compensation/Benefits Information (New York City applicants only):
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $128,800 - $239,200.
Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our annual incentive (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and commensurate experience. All roles are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG benefit program, more information & details will be provided at time of offer.
