Overview:

Hiring Salary Range $75,000-$90,000/yr (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.) Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
This role will be responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience for our clients across the globe. This role will also serve as the first point of contact for our clients to connect them with all teams within the Global Payments Business (Trading, Sales, Operations, IT and Correspondent banking) with regards to their day-to-day queries and processes. While the hiring and training for this role will take place in New York, the role will eventually be based in California supporting West Coast clients and providing APAC support until Singapore team comes in for the day.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Client Management, Client Service, Operations and Production support teams within the Global Payments Business to help provide clients with accurately and timely support.
- Assist with onboarding new clients.
- Assistance with designing client training and processes for the Global Payments systems and products available.
- Work with the Global Client Management team on business projects and initiatives.
- Travel for client visits when required.
- Track and report on customer service metrics for clients.

- Interest in Finance.
- Previous client facing experience is an advantage.
- Understanding of the payments services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel.
- Self-reliant and confident working within a small team with exposure to key business stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
- Communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organisations.
- Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills.
