Provide A Ride operates the largest non-emergency medical transportation program in the state using our leading technology to create a customizable transportation experience for over one million customers. We are continuing to grow and we are looking for a strong communicator with interpersonal skills to fulfill the role of Client Experience Manager.

Job Summary:
The Client Experience Manager will manage and maintain client relationships, ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, and maximize business opportunities. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a passion for transforming the transportation experience for customers. The Client Experience Manager will work closely with all departments to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience. The Client Experience Manager will help to develop effective branding strategies to create a positive and consistent image of the company in the mind of new or existing clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and recurring meetings
  • Collaborate with our Business Systems and Compliance unit to ensure seamless operation of client expectations
  • Monitor and analyze client activity to identify trends and opportunities for improvement or to anticipate needs
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring that all client needs are met and issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
  • Identify areas for improvement in the customer experience and work with internal teams to implement changes to standard operating procedures
  • Oversee the development and implementation of the company's marketing strategies and campaigns to develop long-term client relationships
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, human services, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in client relations or account management or a related field, preferably in the transportation industry
  • Strong, communication, interpersonal, and customer satisfaction skills
