At this very exciting time in our history, with unprecedented market drivers sparking change throughout the health care industry, we are seeking an experienced Educational Consulting and Training Specialist to join our team of professionals and oversee product adoption.

What you will do

  • Coordinate product launches with clients and FinThrive partners
  • Educate clients regarding product, content offerings, and functionality
  • Advise clients on product deployment and development of best practices
  • Demonstrate understanding of client’s business issues and solutions
  • Establish scalable protocols and business processes to support clients’ reporting needs
  • Develop, facilitate, and nurture client user groups
  • Facilitate clients’ social engagement activities and experiential initiatives
  • Find innovative ways to make it easy for staff, managers, and executives to consume our product
  • Ensure adoption and utilization metrics are monitored regularly and proactively communicated to clients
  • Field client questions and investigate issues
  • Develop and oversee 360-degree communication strategy within organization
  • Work with clients to identify future educational needs
  • Build various education collateral, such as help guides, visual aids, data sheets, and white papers, for clients regarding the different ways FinThrive Education can be used and best practices
  • Gather client stories and case studies related to positive FinThrive Education use and outcomes
  • Analyze client metrics related to FinThrive Education to create return on investment data
  • Serve as Client Champion as needed
  • Partner closely with commercial, marketing, and technology teams to accelerate end-user adoption
  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Success regarding contract renewals
  • Develop/revise customized training plans
  • Conduct onsite and virtual training sessions
  • Modify instructional methods and strategies to meet diverse client and student needs

What you will bring

  • 5+ years of C-level client engagement experience
  • Previous coding, clinical or patient access experience
  • Revenue cycle experience
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Computer proficiency with various Microsoft Office products
  • A passionate, hard-working, and team-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Exceptional client engagement skills
  • Strong project management skills with excellent follow-through
  • Tech-savvy
  • Goal-oriented

What we would like to see

  • Bachelor's and/ or Master's degree
  • A minimum of one coding credential preferred (CCS, CPC, CPMA)
  • Clinical experience a plus
  • Strong project management and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
