Sanare Today offers mental health and substance use intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) in additional to other holistic wellness programs like functional medicine. Our main office is based in Exton, PA. We are looking for a full-time client care coordinator with excellent customer service skills who is flexible, resourceful and organized. Sign on Bonus Included!

Essential Job Functions Include:

  • Excellent Customer Service: Greets clients on the telephone; answering inquiries about Sanare’s programs, procuring detailed intake information to be entered into the electronic health record (EHR), scheduling initial evaluations.
  • Verification of insurance benefits; demonstrate ability to articulate insurance benefits to both clients and treating therapists; informing clients and therapists of any need for referrals and pre-authorizations
  • Maintaining the reception area
  • Inputting demographic, insurance and other information as requested into the computerized scheduling system
  • Maintains client accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
  • Attends bimonthly staff meetings
  • Maintains front office inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies
  • Protects client’s rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information
  • Maintains operations by following policy and procedures; reporting needed changes
  • Contributes to team effort through communication and collaboration to complete necessary tasks
  • Initiates and suggests ways to improve operational and front desk efficiency
  • Willingly accepts additional duties as designated as client care coordinator role evolves within the growing company

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Ongoing continuing education in applicable client centered care and office administration areas as deemed necessary by job functions
  • College degree preferred
  • Criminal background check
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • 1 year experience in front office in related healthcare practice preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 per hour
