We are seeking an experienced, resourceful, and outgoing client care coordinator to oversee the day-to-day relations with our clients. This foundational role organizes the daily communication and scheduling between our agency, clients, and community partners. The client care coordinator will also be responsible for collecting information on how to best serve clients and reports directly to the Engagement Manager. To be successful in this role, the client care provider must have excellent organizational and communication skills.

Job Duties

• Operate all functions in the front desk/lobby area, including screening clients, answering telephones, distributing files, and office administration.
• Schedule and manage appointments for advocates and community partners at SAGE.
• Directly responsible for supporting crisis intervention services to victims of crime.
• Develop relationships with community partners and refer clients to other community services.
• Maintenance of complete and accurate documentation.
• Attend training required of employees as scheduled.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or related experience in social services, communication, or another relevant field.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid Washington State Driver’s license.
• First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain upon employment
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
