The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for using Right at Home services to bring value to families inquiring about home care services for their loved one.

Plays the integral role in helping Right at Home improve the lives of as many people as possible in our community.

Immediately answers the phone with the express intent of improving the quality of life for the caller.

Relies on empathy to learn and understand a family’s care needs.

Shares helpful community resources.

Schedules in-home consultations and care delivery start dates.

May perform initial in-home consultation for potential clients

Reports changes in client's condition to company employees and RN reponsible for client's care

Has a successful sales track record in converting customers over the phone and has prior experience working in the home care or healthcare industries.

The desired candidate will possess the following:

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with at least one year of home care experience
  • Experience with scheduling is a plus.
  • High moral standards, problem solving skills, and sense of fairness will be necessary.
  • Professional phone skills, experience with handling customer concerns and a strong desire to provide the highest quality of service is extremely important.
  • Proficient in Microsoft including Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Must pass all applicable background checks
  • Must be personable and have a genuine care in the interests of the elderly and caring for them.
  • Possess clear communication skills and able to work in as a team.
  • Work closely with the other Client Care Coordinators in our office as well as our Scheduler, HR and RNs.
