Summary:

Supports the Client Relations Team to execute inbound sales efforts, including but not limited to: response, execution, and implementation of new business RFPs/new client inquiries; tracking and reporting new business activity in MIS and to management team; aligning efforts with agency marketing and advertising initiatives to promote DS+CO for new client acquisition; participation and attendance at any sales meetings internally and externally; and development of sales tools for agency.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the client relations team with inbound sales
  • Independently manage new prospects from inquiry through proposal/onboarding
  • Responding to and managing email inquiries, phone inquiries, and RFP’s
  • Coordinate across DS+CO departments/services to inform recommendations, proposals
  • Writing and presenting new business briefs
  • Writing and presenting new business proposals
  • Supporting client proposals and recommendations
  • Scheduling/booking meetings; internal and client
  • Maintaining sales status reports and trackers
  • Research support for RFP’s or inquiries

Requirements:
