We are seeking an experienced Janitorial Area Manager to join our growing commercial cleaning company. This is a full-time evening position that includes weekends. Pay is based upon experience. Job description:
As part of the Operations management team, you will have full responsibility for a portion of the CClean workforce, including hiring, training, supervision, disciplinary actions and termination in order to deliver excellent service to customers.
Train employees and develop new training programs
Develop and assign schedules, track attendance, manage vacation/PTO
Assign tasks and monitor progress
Quality control inspections and reporting
Respond to customer requests
Quickly and regularly communicate all customer changes and issues to management
What success looks like:
Customer retention rate of 100%
Direct labor and material expenses kept at or below budget levels
Current clients hire for additional work
Employee retention improves
No safety incidents
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,631.00 - $73,897.00 per year
