You will be responsible for assisting with a wide range of residential and commercial cleaning services throughout the Chicagoland area.

We’re growing and we’re seeking an energetic Residential & Commercial Cleaners to join our team! Ideal candidates will be hard working, honest, self-motivated and detailed. Good people skills and friendly attitudes are essential. Client cleaning services vary by the day, no day is ever the same. Cleaner duties include but aren’t limited to:

• Clean designated areas within commercial & residential sites (Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
• Perform routine and document inspections, including maintenance activities
• Greet clients and maintain a professional demeanor
• Provide elite customer services to all clients
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects assigned
• Complete mandatory shift paperwork for clients, payroll, etc.
• Cooperate with SM staff and management
• Adhere to company policies as well as all health and safety regulations
• Train and support other employees as needed

• Physical Requirements: Able to lift 25 lbs, bend, kneel, reach, stand, push/pull
• Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time |Contract
• Starting Pay: $18/hr
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 2 weekends per month
• License/Certifications:
• Driver’s License
• Licensed and insured vehicle
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening
