NGB Property Management located in Albany, New York, is a Property Management Company serving the Capital Region for more than 10 years in all aspects of property management and real estate. We are currently looking to expand our Operations Department with the addition of a cleaner!

The Role:

• Completing cleanings of our properties consisting of apartments of all sizes, houses, and common areas.

Cleanings would include a specified list of items to complete such as: *

• Shampooing of carpets.
• Dusting.
• Vacuuming.
• Cleaning of appliances.
• Cleaning hardwood floors.

Qualifications:

• You must be able to work independently and take instructions via email, text, and phone.
• A smartphone is required.
• Compensation is based on experience.
• Fuel reimbursement is provided after 30 days (up to a specified amount).
• Health care available.
• 1 week PTO, accrued at the time of hire.
• Full-time or Part Time available, overtime at time and half available.

Work Setting:

• We have properties throughout the Capital District (Saratoga, Albany, Latham, Schenectady, Troy, Cohoes Selkirk).
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• You will have access to company vehicles if your tasks require them.
