Job description
Class A standard license drivers for local work and an over-the-road driver with at least 5 years experience.
Compensation:
- Driver's pay is $225 for 10 hours /$25 an hour after that.
- Over the road driver will be paid by the mileage.
- Workweek: early start 5 days a week, Monday - Friday.
- Workweek for over the road: Sunday - Thursday.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Safe driving.
- Ensure the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use.
- Keep mileage records.
- Driving 10-12 hours a day.
- Keeping in contact with the office.
- Transport client's packages to and from the destination.
- Arrive at destinations on schedule.
- Research and plan for traffic, construction, and weather delays.
- Making sure all paperwork is handed into the office.
Must have a medical card and a clean license.
