As our Claims Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for learning the basys software from front to back while delivering detailed knowledge and expertise to Bridgeway's diverse customer base. You will analyze, diagnose and solve complex application issues within our expansive and highly customizable software by engaging frequently with our customers to deliver exceptional customer service.

This position can be remote or hybrid.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our customer base through different medians such as: our ticketing tools, phone and video calls.
  • Provide triage and issue resolution for enterprise software issues, performing research and consulting with subject matter experts as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to include Business Analysts, Infrastructure, Project Managers and Developers in software issue resolutions.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of basys software products through structured on-boarding and knowledge transfer programs.
  • Participate in identifying and reporting trending software issues to drive a cycle of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of healthcare claims processing – understand the complete claim lifecycle from receipt through payment.
  • Experience utilizing a ticketing system such as Jira, HelpDesk, Autotask, or similar
  • Aptitude to learn our ever-changing complex technology environment
  • Clear, concise, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting an enterprise-wide software with multiple application suites
  • Prior experience in supporting benefit administration software is a plus
  • Bachelors in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
