- High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of one year of administrative or clerical support experience
- Instead of the above, one year of post-secondary education
- Proficiency using office equipment
- Proven organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and quickly switch duties
- Communication skills with the ability to work in a team-environment
- Customer service and follow-up skills
- $38,000-$41,000/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
