Job description
Hedrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo, LLP, a civil defense firm with offices throughout the Carolinas, seeks an experienced associate attorney to join its civil litigation practice in Wilmington. Prefer candidates with 2+ years of experience in the areas of insurance defense, professional liability defense and civil litigation. Ideal attorney will have prior background in professional liability defense, including defense of health care professionals and/or long-term care facilities. Strong research and writing capabilities are a must. Trial and deposition experience is a plus. Less experienced attorneys with relevant experience will be considered. North Carolina license required.
