Ripple Effect Consulting (REC) is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter/Headhunter with experience in either Engineering, IT, or Construction to join our Civil Engineering team. We provide exceptional talent to firms across the United States. As a Recruiter with REC, you will have the opportunity to use your strong work ethic, commitment, and entrepreneurial spirit to contribute to the success of both your personal brand and REC's business. Your daily responsibilities will involve becoming an expert in our industry sectors by communicating with viable candidates and prospective hiring managers while staying current with industry trends. Recruiting is a sales-driven industry that requires you to proactively direct your day. You will achieve success by actively making outbound calls to our industry sectors. We're looking for money-motivated individuals who are, or aspire to be, "Real Headhunters." Our goal is to build authentic, long-lasting relationships with our clients and candidates. Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• A minimum of four years of experience in technical recruiting/sales. Previous experience within the construction or related industry sectors is preferred.
• Capability to build and maintain a consistent network of clients and candidates, including those who are actively or passively seeking employment.
• Proficiency in researching potential candidates and hiring managers through various professional networking sites, databases, and internet tools.
• Ability to conduct in-depth interviews and reference checks for every candidate.
• Skill in promoting and marketing our recruiting services to potential clients.
• Aptitude in negotiating, solving problems, and closing deals to achieve the desired results.

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to persuade, counsel, advise, and close for action.

At REC, the earning potential for a Recruiter is unlimited with a commission plan that has no cap. You have the opportunity to earn a commission on both your sales and recruiting efforts. We offer a base salary plus commission.
