Civil Project Engineer

Eastern Sierra Engineering

Eastern Sierra Engineering has openings for a full-time Civil Project Engineers. Positions are available in the following locations: Reno, NV, Zephyr Cove, NV, and Bishop, CA.

We are looking for creative, detail-oriented engineers to design multifaceted streetscape, roadway, and development projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work will consist of the following tasks: site layout, grading/drainage/utility design, roadway design, bmp/erosion control plans, drainage and sewer reports, and preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates.

Education and Experience:

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

· Licensed as an active Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of California and Nevada (or be capable of obtaining both registrations within 6 months)

· 5 to 10 years of engineering experience

· High proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D

· Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work independently or as a member of a multidisciplinary team

Pay: $57,872.96 - $122,639.72 per year
