ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Keeps track of citation logs and citation reports for the Community Association Manager’s review
- Monitor 30 day/90 day past due citation status
- Sets up and prepares all support documentation for Hearing Committee
- Facilitates the monthly Hearing Committee Meetings
- Enters citations into ABDI daily
- Enters all fines/payments into Vantaca on a daily basis
- Works with security to arrange viewing of citation videos for Hearing Committee Members
- Attend evening Hearing Committee meeting each month
- Understand the access control procedures
- Distribute barcodes/golf cart registrations per Woodfield’s standards/procedures
- Creates and mails citation violation letters daily
- Process fines after Hearing Committee findings
- Issues Citation Disposition Letters immediately following Hearing Committee Meeting
- Ensures affected barcodes are appropriately suspended/reinstated
- Updates and tracks the spreadsheet for the Hearing Committee
- Assists Community Association Manager with any special requests, i.e. Administrative work, mailings, etc.
- Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues that cross his or her desk
- Full knowledge and back up support to the Receptionist position
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by direct supervisor or Board of Directors

Pay Rate: Up to $21.65 DOE
