AmeriMark Direct is a leading direct marketer of women’s apparel, personal care products, jewelry, watches, and health care merchandise. Products are sold online and through catalogs. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinates processes leading to the successful execution of catalog mailings
• Maintains and coordinates all documentation leading to the development and execution of all assigned catalogs
• Meets all process-related internal and external deadlines on the catalog mailing schedule such as sending print instructions to the printer. Setup and send documents for credit screening
• Coordinates with all members of the circulation team to ensure all work is on time and error-free

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office - intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge desired
• Highly organized and able to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
• Understands the need for meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, and knowledge of approval procedures
• Excellent problem-solving skills
