Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide training, coordination, scheduling, oversight, supervision, and management of all training for new and tenured Family Centered Clinicians (BHS) and assist with all Regional Training and Development projects. Candidate must be willing to work and travel throughout the coverage area of Wilson, Edgecombe, & Nash Counties, NC.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below.

· Provide the coordination, scheduling, oversight, and management for the onboarding and training of Family Centered Clinicians

· Develop the annual schedule for the regional trainings with consult from the Director and /or QA/Training Dept. and lead regional training team meetings and trainings.

· Provide direct assistance and supervision to staff on the implementation of the clinical model (FCT)

· Qualitative review of client record documentation for region and associated tracking at least weekly.

· Will be required to supervise staff, manage team, and/or be responsible for other supervisory level duties

· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

· Masters-level required

· Fully or provisionally licensed in NC required (LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LPA or LMFT/A)

· Family Centered Treatment certification preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:

Family Centered Treatment Certification preferred.

Other requirements:

· Access to reliable transportation adhering to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver’s license)

· Attendance at weekly team meetings

  • Sessions conducted in community to include but not limited to consumer’s home, school, office, and virtual.
  • Home office is in Raleigh

  • Family Centered Treatment (FCT) certification (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
