Description:

In search of a full-time, Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Qualified Professional to work with at-risk youth. (www.familycenteredtreatment.com) The position is a full time, salaried position with benefits and mileage reimbursement. This position requires travel, on-call duties and a flexible schedule (afternoons, evenings and weekends). Candidate must be willing to work and travel throughout the coverage area of Lenoir County. Employees receive extensive training and become certified in the Family Centered Treatment model.

Education/experience/licensure requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree required; Human Services degree preferred
• 2 years full time documented child mental health experience post human services undergraduate degree OR 1 year full time documented child mental health experience post human services graduate required
• NC LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A), or LPA license preferred
• FCT Certification preferred

Other requirements:

• Access to reliable transportation adhering to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver’s license)
• Attendance at weekly team meetings
• Travel throughout Lenoir County
