Wellingtons is an elevated comfort food brand that makes and ships amazing f*@king food nationwide.

We're looking to reinforce our management team with a seasoned vet in the food industry who can help lead us as we scale our brand.

The person in this position will wear many hats focusing primarily on sales and operations.

About Us

• We make all our products at our commercial kitchen in West Hollywood
• We currently have 4 cooks and a GM working on-site, prepping and shipping our products Monday through Friday
• The founders are a husband and wife team who started the company during t he pandemic, which unexpectedly grew beyond their expectations, and have been featured on KTLA News, Forbes, Food Network, and Goldbelly TV

Job Description

• Manage on-site staff (hybrid of on-site and remote)
• Implement and scale a Food Service sales strategy
• Implement and scale a Retails sales strategy
• Consistently review food and packaging costs, ensuring we are operating as efficiently as possible
• Test new products with founders
• Assist in fundraising

PLEASE NOTE: The job is UNPAID until after we raise funds from investors which is currently in progress. Post-funding compensation will be commensurate with experience, market, and based on sales performance. The person in this position will receive 5-20% ownership of the business (DOE).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 - $200,000.00 per year
