Job description
You’ll also be responsible for:
- Preforming set-up procedures for upcoming production runs
- Reading and preparing recipes to ensure the proper production of various Cheese products
- Completing reports throughout the day regarding production
- Compliance with all food safety protocols; supporting FSSC 22000 Certification
- Compliance to our safety program and safe operation of equipment
- Compliance to our Standard Operating Procedures
Qualifications
We need an individual who is self-motivated and can work independently while following procedures. In addition, we are looking for an individual who can work in a fast-paced work environment with a high attention to detail.
- Possess a high school education or equivalent or two years of relevant experience (we will train)
- The ability of following and executing recipes possessing the necessary math skills to scale up or down
- Strong experience/knowledge of operating a wide range of machines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency preferred (English/Spanish)
