Job Title: Chargeback Collector - Retail Accounts

Responsible for high volume Chargeback Claims, Research, Analysis, Processing and Reconciliation of Chargeback Transactions with Retail Accounts, Walmart.

Responsibilities:

• Collection of past due accounts
• Investigate, Dispute and Reconcile chargebacks for unauthorized deductions (Pricing, Roll Back, Coop, Markdown, and Shipping violations).
• Research and resolve high volume of customer chargebacks deductions pertaining to unauthorized violation, allowances, discounts, damages and shortages.
• Dispute invalid deductions within the claim's expiration timeframe and follow through until it gets resolved.
• Monitor retail account chargeback claims challenge and reverse it for payment.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key customer retail accounts, Walmart.
• Work collaboratively with internal Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT Teams.
• Familiar with obtaining payment information and necessary documentation from Vendor Portals

Job Requirements:

• Location: City of Commerce, East Los Angeles
• AA or bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of chargeback collections experience with key US Retailers, Walmart.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Must have the ability to recognize priority tasks, and multi-task in a high paced environment to meet deadlines.
• Experience working in Walmart portals, e.g., Retail Link.
• Experience managing high volume claims, chargebacks, audits, and settlements.
• Working knowledge in Oracle Cloud preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbal and written Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, primarily Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
