The Opportunity:

We currently have an opening for a Change Team Member to join our rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

The core initial goals for such a person could be to:

• Provide training in Atlas rollout among all phases.
• Support the CSRs/Purchasing/Onsite coordinators/Account managers and Repair technicians by emails, tickets, phone calls and Team chat.
• Rectify the issues of Atlas end users and host the training sections and workshops.
• Play a key role in data migration to help with transferring and validating data from old ERP to Atlas.
• Play a key role in API development among Atlas, Calypso and TAM.
• Test the system before production is released and schedule trainings needed.

Specific knowledge and skills for an ideal candidate would be:

Metrology Business

• Understand the concept and terminology of the calibration business.
• Knowledge of metrology business flow.

Atlas, Calypso and TAM

• Familiar with Atlas functionalities for the roles of the CSRs, Onsite coordinators, Purchasing, Finance and Repair technicians.
• Knowledge about Calypso and TAM.

Training Skills

• Should be able to provide training both online and in person to different groups.
• Able to organize and present Atlas functionalities, answer questions both online and in person.

Traveling capability

• Be able to adapt to the travel schedule based on Atlas Rollout project as required.

Project management skills

• Have the ability to accomplish the goals for every business trip and work independently to solve the issues raised at a fast pace work schedule.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum requirement- High School Diploma/ GED or an Associate’s Degree or 5 years commercial metrology experience
• Strong written communication skills
