Position Change Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 to 12 months + extendable contract

Job Description:

· Work closely with service, product, and business owners to integrate service management practices into the delivery of IT services.

· Manage the ServiceNow PTASKS, problem records, and reporting with an established cadence.

· Participate in the Post Major Incident Reviews.

· Provide Gap Analysis and process solutions for Problem Management Maturity.

· Understanding of Knowledge Articles and Known Error Database and when they should be leveraged in the Problem Process.

· Follow Up and assist in the accurate closure of Problem Records.

· Ability to work closely with Stakeholders to capture pain points and areas.

· Strong written and oral communication skills.

· Ability to facilitate training, lunch n learns, and process walk-throughs as needed.

· Assist teams towards areas of automation and integrations into the ITIL processes.

· Ability to create, maintain and update problem review documentation.

· Responsible for following up on open/stale PTasks for updates and drive to closure.

· Coordinate and pull data for monthly metrics.

· Three plus years in Change/Incident/Problem Management.

· ITIL 4.0 certified

· Self-Motivated with a strong attention for detail.

· Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform.

· Flexible – the ability to adapt to changes in demands, priority, and timelines.

· Experience working in a global company, understanding team collaboration across different geographies, time zones and culture.
