This is a Per Diem job which pays $35.00 per Patient Visit.
Responsibilities may include:
Assistance with Basic ADLs
Meal Prep
Laundry
Med Reminders
Personal Hygiene
Exercise
Schedule varies as to patient assignment. You will be consulted first whether you are okay to handle a patient or no.
License/Certification:
Driver's License
CNA
Willingness to travel in multiple locations is a plus.
