NFI Industries is hiring CDL A Dedicated Local Refrigerated Drivers in Terrell, TX. The driver will run daily round trip multi-stop refrigerated deliveries to stores throughout Texas, returning back to Terrell with a vendor pickup or backhaul.

Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,400
• $300 weekend bonus
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Bonus Pay

• Uncapped bonus programs – Quarterly/Annual Safety Bonus - This is based on overall financial performance and driver safety
• $100 Clean Roadside Inspection Bonus
• Unlimited $2,000 Driver Referral Bonus (paid out at 30 days and 90 days)

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home daily with set schedules
• Schedule: Off Tues/Wed or Wed/Thurs
• Route: Dedicated Local – up to 300 miles starting and ending in Terrell, TX
• Level of Touch: No touch freight live unload
• Staff is on-site for planning loads, dispatching and payroll

Equipment

• Late model automatic Freightliner/International /Volvo with Sleepers
• 53’ trailers

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a minimum of 6 months verifiable Class A commercial driving experience in a similar type/size vehicle with safe driving record.
• Must have CDL A license from your state of residence
• Recent CDL A grads welcomed! – no experience needed will train onsite
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• No DUIs/Careless/Reckless convictions in the past 5 years. No more than 1 in lifetime. 2+ not eligible.
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 50 miles of Terrell, TX or be willing to relocate for this position
