Summary

Bayside Auto Group in King George, VA is currently looking to hire a qualified Parts Manager. We are GROWING and as a result of this expansion, we are looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to join our Dealer Group. Are you a Lane Manager looking to move up? Essential Functions

1. Manage daily metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability

2. Manage manufacturer processes and procedures

3. Ensure shop maximizes it's daily opportunity

4. Staff and train associates in their perspective roles

5. Work closely with Technicians, Parts Department, Sales Department, and all other employees within the Dealership to achieve a common goal.

6. Handle customer and associate issues as needed.

7. Work with Fixed Ops Director and GM for mentorship/training with day to day objectives and situations.

Qualifications

1. Preferably five years’ experience as an Automotive Service Manager or Advisor.

2. A strong passion working with people and automobiles.

3. High School diploma or equivalent.

4. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

5. Valid driver’s license with a good record.

6. Must be at least 18 years of age.

7. A self-motivator with strong attention to detail.

8. Strong leadership qualities.

9. A results-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

10. A positive attitude with excellent communication skills.

11. Must have great organizational skills!

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days must be flexible to include evening hours and weekends.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
