The Classic Catering People are looking for a creative, dynamic, innovator to join our team as Classic To Go Specialist. To Process guest orders in a courteous, efficiently, and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Pro-active sales and marketing.
• Administrative & Operational duties as requested.
• Development of marketing & operations plan for primary & potential clients
• Preparation of sales presentations, menus and proposals
• Guest Satisfaction
• Ensures the delivery of the brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
• Provides excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
• Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
• Carry out the service to the highest professional standards in a genuine and intuitive manner.
• Takes orders from guests and repeats the orders before ending the telephone conversation.
• Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
