CASH APPLICATIONS REPRESENTATIVE

JOB SUMMARY
A nation-wide, successful company located in Stoughton, MA, is actively seeking a Cash Application Specialist for an immediate opening. The Cash Application Specialist will be responsible for handling the cash applications in the AR department. This is a 3–4-month with potential long-term opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Researching payments that have been made but unapplied to accounts
- Assisting with cash applications
- Entering bank draft information
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Assisting in AR as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of accounts receivable experience, including cash apps
- Excel experience in an accounting setting
- Great Plains/Blackline experience nice to have but not required
- Can go in office in Stoughton
Compensation Package: Up to $26/hour depending on experience
