A Carry-Out Cashier is the first person the Carry-Out guest sees and the last: you are the face of Aurelio's in Villa Park . As a Carry-Out Cashier, you will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other’s success in a fast-paced, family friendly environment. Our cashiers have a passion for people and are responsible for delivering gracious hospitality with a strong knowledge of Aurelio's products and company.

Responsibilities:

• Understand Aurelio's culture and do what it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Warmly answer the phone and place customers orders in the POS system.
• Greet customers as they arrive to place an order in person or pick-up an existing order.
• Manage the cash drawer and customer check-outs.
• Fold boxes and replenish carry-out supplies as needed.
• Assist with food prep as needed.
• Handle guests’ compliments and complaints by listening to their praise and concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
