We are a licensed & bonded construction company located in Kitsap County. We do residential work all around the Kitsap Peninsula, including interior and exterior work, new construction, additions, decking, and custom work.

We’re looking for a carpenter apprentice. The position requires the ability and willingness to work in a team and maintain a high level of quality, safety, and professional communication on assigned job sites. The applicant should possess basic construction skills, be able to use hand and power tools, work with the team to follow clients' specifications, maintain materials and tools, solve problems, and complete projects efficiently. A positive attitude, good judgment, and strong communication skills are vital to articulate clearly with the team and clients as well as to adapt to conditions and circumstances. This position is on the “front line” in achieving our company goals of quality service and customer satisfaction.

We offer a very competitive rate and full benefit package for the right candidate. Lead Safe Certification is a plus. The applicant must be able to perform highly physical activities, be able to safely use power tools and equipment, have a personal carpentry tool kit, and reliable transportation.
