Responsibilities and Duties
Assists clients with activities of daily living: meal preparation, personal care, light housekeeping, errands, companionship, transportation, ambulation, exercises, etc.
Creates Happier Aging experiences and client focused care in home and community settings
Delivers on our Brand Promise by owning the client’s experience, ensuring that you do whatever it takes to bring peace of mind to our clients and their families
Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer.
Provides premium care approach to clients and their family members
Responds to Care Services Center (CSC) Team regarding scheduling inquiries and updates within the agreed upon timeline
Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
Updates availability and time off requests to ensure continuity of care for your client
Requirements
Minimum one-year previous caregiving experience
Two positive professional references
Must pass a criminal record check and be employable according to the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services
Smart phone with an active data plan
Strong communication skills in English
Must have reliable transportation and be punctual to avoid disruption to business
