Job Role:

Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Licensing or registration required

Job Duties:

• Getting Information
• Performing General Physical Activities
• Plan, purchase, prepare, or serve meals to patients or other family members, according to prescribed diets.
• Bathe patients.
• Handling and Moving Objects
• Care for children who are disabled or who have sick or disabled parents.
• Entertain, converse with, or read aloud to patients to keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Monitoring Processes, Materials, or Surroundings
• Provide patients and families with emotional support and instruction in areas such as caring for infants, preparing healthy meals, living independently, or adapting to disability or illness.
• Assisting and Caring for Others

Requirements:

• High School diploma Preferred
• 3 months to 1 year of Related Experience
