We are currently have part-time and full-time openings. Many shifts and schedules are available. Shifts include day, evening, or overnights and working every other or every third weekend.

Under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or a Licensed Practical Nurse, the Caregiver supports our mission to improve our clients’ well-being. Assists in the implementation of the nursing process, and delivers nursing services to promote health, foster healing and support the coping with and adjustment to various health conditions.

Duties:

• Contributes to the development of approaches to meet the needs of patients and their families.
• Provides personal care and related services in the patient’s home, under the direction, instruction and supervision of the staff nurse.
• Tasks to be performed by a CNA must be assigned by and performed under the supervision of an RN who will be responsible for the care the CNA provides the patient with.

Position responsibilities:

• Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients.
• Provide acute patient care and treatment.
• Collaborate with RNs to administer prescribed medications.
• Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment.
• Educate and update patients on medical treatments.
• Follow plan of care prescribed by RN and/or physician.

Point of care equipments (glucometer, tensiometer, oximeter)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Randolph, MA 02368: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Required)
• First Aid Certification (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)
