Apalachee Center, Inc. provides comprehensive behavioral health services across 8 counties (Franklin, Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Taylor, and Wakulla Counties).
Overview:
The purpose of CAT case management services is to assist youth and their families in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational, and other services. The primary goal of case management is to optimize the functioning of recipients who have complex needs by coordinating the provision of quality treatment and support services in the most efficient and effective manner. Services and service frequency should accurately reflect the individual needs, goals, and abilities of each recipient.
Shift : Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional on-call duty.
Rate of Pay: $18.00 (1-2 years of experience)
