Now Hiring: Care Manager

Home Instead Senior Care, is an in-home, non-medical provider of care services for our greatest generation. Our goal is to help Wyoming seniors stay ‘Home Instead’ for as long as possible by providing services such as companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and incidental transportation. In short, we help seniors remain in the comfort and safety of their own homes by providing assistance with a number of tasks that are becoming more difficult to accomplish.

The Care Manager is responsible for a variety of duties as they oversee our marketing efforts, the coordination of our care services between clients and caregivers, overseeing schedules for clients, and providing guidance to our care staff. In this role the Care Manager will also ensure that adequate staffing and continuity of care to best meet the needs of our clients is being carried out with great consistency. Lastly, our Care Manager will be responsible for developing relationships of trust by networking with leaders in the Cheyenne senior health care community.

We are currently seeking a highly talented applicant with a background in both management, as well as sales, to help lead our business development efforts in the Cheyenne area.

The Applicant must be compassionate, empathetic, and love working with seniors. Customer relations and/or sales experience is also a must.
