Your role at Clorox:
The Capabilities Team Manager – Elevate will be a key part of enabling Clorox’s Digital Transformation journey for the Sales function. You will be on the leading edge of rolling out new technology to the Sales function by delivering Sales capabilities within Project Elevate touching the new ERP, Pricing & Commissions, Trade Promotion Management, Customer Policy and Data & Analytics.

In this role, you will:
- Accountability for the implementation of a set of sales initiatives within Project Elevate supporting the launch of our new ERP
- Coordinate SME support and input
- Document current and future state process
- Define and create sprint deliverables and document user stories
- Translate business process into technical design
- People Management and Development
What we look for:
- 5 plus years plus of CPG sales experience. Trade Management, Sales Finance/Accounting or NRM/SRM/RGM experience a plus.
- Ability to operate successfully both strategically and tactically
- Must be able to work effectively with others and build strong sustainable business relationships at all levels and functions of the organization
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Self directed, results oriented and strong team player
- Ability to think critically and creatively
- Bachelor’s Degree Required

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $116,700 - $229,800
–Zone B: $107,000 - $210,700
–Zone C: $97,200 - $191,500

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
