Job Description:

The Canvasser is an entry level sales role on our sales team. Their focus is using our door to door program and technology package to manage their territory, meeting potential customers and setting appointments for our Project Estimators. They work out of our Pleasant Hill Office, working in the neighboring towns (Danville, Alamo, Walnut Creek, and Lafayette). This is a full time position that will spend 32 hours of their week managing their door to door territory using our proprietary lead generation system. The other 8 hours will be administrative duties related to sales. This role has the opportunity to become a Project Estimator after 6 months of performing to standard and hitting their goals. Extensive training is involved, occasionally (annually) off site training events are optional based on performance.

We are based in Pleasant Hill, CA, and have a great opportunity for an experienced canvasser or appointment setter. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in canvassing or setting appointments for other trade based businesses, pest control, solar, or other construction related business. They will embrace the challenges of sales, love to learn, and take on opportunities to grow.

Job Duties:

• Meet customers at the home and follow our training process to create high quality appointments for our Project Estimators
• Use our software package and CRM to precisely transfer information.Be prepared and on time for all company meetings.
• Update paperwork and database as required for projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience canvassing or setting appointments (required)
• Computer knowledge and proficiency in using JobNimbus, G SuiteGreat verbal and written communication skills
• Great interpersonal and customer service skills
• Punctuality and attention to detail
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
