Requirements and Duties:
- Possess a valid government-issued ID.

- Provide required documentation for employment in the U.S.
- Available to work a full-time schedule, including nights and weekends, and willing to adjust schedules according to the needs of Ohana.
- Good communication skills and conflict resolution strategy.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high volume face to face customer interaction.
- Passion for facilitating cannabis education and knowledge transfer to staff and the local community.
- Perceive and analyze trends in dispensary performance, anticipate necessary changes, and communicate with management regularly.
- Ability to address and transcend complex issues, execute multiple tasks, and navigate successfully through changing priorities.
- Ability to adhere to the highest customer service standards at all times.
- Ability to communicate clearly, honestly, and effectively with customers and staff in all situations.
- Ability to perceive and meet the needs of customers.

Typical Physical Demands:
