By joining our Campus Recruiting Team as a Technology Recruiter, you will be part of an energetic and motivated team that directly impacts the growth and success of our firm. You will be responsible for hiring top-tier talent for our technology co-op, internship and entry-level technical positions. You will help drive the recruiting process by identifying and interviewing qualified candidates and maintaining strong relationships with those candidates as they move through our hiring process. We are looking for someone who is smart, resourceful, collaborative, and able to thrive in our informal but dynamic environment.

In this role, you will:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical hiring while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and interviewers throughout the hiring process
- Partner and collaborate closely with hiring managers to learn the teams and job skills necessary hire successfully for each role
- Attend and facilitate career fairs, on-campus interview days, campus events, campus recruiting dinners, and networking/social events for our programs
- Apply an analytical approach to the role - leveraging data, stats, and trends to inform recruiting decisions and strategic tactics
What we're looking for
- Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience as a recruiter; prior experience in a University Recruiting team preferred
- Experience working in a highly selective hiring environment with technology and/or technical candidates, preferred
- Ability to travel during peak recruiting cycles required
- Will not require visa sponsorship within three years of date of application
